Welcome, Mama!


Thanks for being here! I'm Kelsey Lee Miller, a Pre- & Post Natal Fitness Coach who believes that new and expecting mamas can be both fit and happy. 


 I'm here to help you learn how to safely and optimally grow your baby while keeping yourself healthy, fit, and feeling good throughout your pregnancy and postpartum phases.




-Earned MS in Kinesiology (concentration: Human Performance and Sports Psychology) from Cal State Fullerton in 2017.


- Earned BS in Kinesiology (concentration: Pre-Physical Therapy) from Biola University in 2011. 

-Certified Pre & Post Natal Fitness Coach through Girls Gone Strong

-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) & Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)

- I teach new and expecting mama's how to stay fit during and after pregnancy.



I am a former high school volleyball player and track athlete, who used to struggle with being 6 feet tall and lanky.


Through out college, I would run to relieve stress, and always felt the need to be 'smaller' than I was. It wasn't until my last year of college and well into my first internship after school that my relationship with exercise changed for the better.


At this point in my life, I was uncomfortable lifting weights because I didn't know what I was doing when I was on my own, and never saw many females in the free weight section in the gym. 

When I was first introduced to the weight room, I was  interning at an elite performance clinic. It was a rather intimidating first internship to have, but I learned valuable lessons of growth as I was pushed beyond my comfort zone. 

At this clinic, my mentor assessed my movement, designed me a program, and walked me through the 'how to's' on form for each and every lift I was prescribed.


I finally started to feel a little bit of confidence performing the exercises on my own. My mindset shifted from feeling the need to be 'small' to wanting to be 'strong' and seeing what my body was capable of.


I felt stronger, more feminine and had muscular curves that I'd never had before. It was so empowering, and I was in! I ended up going back to school to get a masters degree and after sitting for several certifications, I was training all sorts of people.


Fast forward 9 years and I found out I was pregnant with my son! I spent a lot of time researching and trying to find the best practices for pregnant women to adopt for exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.


I felt overwhelmed by the amount of information I had to sift through and the lack of comprehensive programs available for women like me, who were trying to stay fit and feel good to support their growing little one. 


I want you to have access to a comprehensive programs for moms in each trimester covering nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle tips to give you a strong and safe pregnancy. 

No matter what level you are (beginner, intermediate, or advanced) the training programs have modifications for all ability levels.
