I'm Kelsey, the owner of Smart Belles Fitness, and I believe that every woman has the potential to become skilled enough step into the weight room on her own & confidently execute a workout. My passion is to help educate you & get you comfortable & confident lifting weights. You'll increase your energy, build muscle, and learn how to simplify your pursuit of health. I've been training women for over 10 years, and have my Masters in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in human performance and sports psychology. I'm a Kinesiology professor, personal trainer, recreational athlete, beach lover, and midwestern- rooted gal. I'm also a certified strength and conditioning specialist (NSCA-CSCS) and certified personal trainer (NSCA-CPT). Learn more about me below.
